For those who want some strength training starting out small. Nice case to keep in place when not in use. Weights are easy to hold, grab and use.

I am very please with my AFNA 20-Pound Vinyl Hand Weight Set. It is perfect for my home workout. Each weight size is graduated as you increase weight training. I really like the portable carrying case that stores the hand weights. The Vinyl Hand Weight Set is very user friendly.

I bought these so I could strength train at home. I started off low because I am a beginner. The only complaint I have about these is when workout and sweating it gets a litlle hard to grip them, unless I work out with the fan on me. But other than that they serve their purpose.

I use them almost every day and they are exactly what they said they would be. If you want simple weights, this is the right product for you.

This is a super deal - quality workmanship at a rock bottom price, vinyl grip is really just as good as neoprene, even comes with a case - what's not to like? And amazon's lightning-fast delivery is amazing! I got it in 2 days! Love,love,love amazon! I order everything from them from my Charmin and dental tape to Klein's pepitas to Samsung TV, not to mention books.
