Easy assembly and a good abdominal work out and back stretch. We are tall and the regular ab lounger was almost better for me.

I think this product is great for working out at home when do don't want to go outdoors or to a gym. It's convenient, simple and it doesn't take up a lot of space. It's great for losing tummy fat and build strong muscles in the arms.

The price is great for this item. However there were a couple issues. One is that there were very limited instructions for assembly. The other is that wherever it was stored gave it a smell that still has not gone away.

This chair really works. When I work out on it, I honestly feel my abs tightening up. I am really sore after working out on this chair. I have not had it long enough to see results but I think I will soon see a difference. The only draw back is it is very hard to fold up. I am a female with little strength and to fold this up and unfold every day is a bit strenuous. But overall, love this product!!!!

Product came very quickly, but when I received it, it contained no instructions, and no dvd. Does anyone know how to put this thing together? I'll provide another review once I start using it.
