This jacket does what it says. It comes with all the weights necessary. You do not have to order more. The only thing that I would like to see improved is the fabric, it is a bit stiff.
 Well constructed, but underweightJun 30, 2008
I've enjoyed almost daily use of my vest since its arrival. However when I received the vest, the first thing I did was count the weights. Yes, there were 20 of them there. I then weighed them on our scale used for postage (meaning that it is accurate) and the total for all the steel weights was only 17 pounds! I then put the vest itsself on the scale and it was still just 18 pounds. I'm disappointed that two pounds is missing, that's 2 bars of steel that should have been included.
Other than that, the construction of the vest is done well and so far it seems like a quality product. Just disappointed at not getting my full 20 pounds of weight.

This vest is awesome. It is sturdy and well made. It is a little bulky but it is comfortable. I am using it and it makes my speed walking more of a workout. I was really happy that I purchased this vest.

I LOVE this vest. It kicks my workout up a notch. Also, due to the resistance element with the vest, I think it is helping me protect from osteoporosis. It is well-known that heavier women have less bone loss, because their skeleton has to carry more wt. At 130 lbs, I am 20lbs heavier with the vest, so I can protect my bones, without actually weighing more. I am a physician, so I think this is medically correct.

I love this vest. It is easy to use, easy to adjust the weight and comfortable. Great product!
