The package arrived early which is the only good thing I can say about this product. The neoprene is so thin the first time you wear it, it is stretched to heck, and then the second you wear it, you can experience the neoprene splitting, and the velcro being wider than the stretched fabric, rubbing on your skin, which feels great!
Although this item is cheap, you will know why it costs so little from the very first time you wear it. Avoid it like the plague folks.

GOOD BELT ..."not a waist trimmer" it is big and gives a fair amount of back support. Not too bulky seems to hold up fairly well.

I like this better than a lot of the others, because it is much longer and allows for good adjustments. Has decent lower back support. Using this with ab exercises or cardio will make you really sweat and lose a good deal of water weight. Price is not bad either.

I wanted this for help losing while I am exercising. This will work that way but not just to wear it without excercising if that is what your thinking. As a plus, it gives me GREAT back support that I need to lift weights. You will sweat, so be prepared to deal with it.

Bell Fitness Solar Belt (Plus Size up to 50" Waist)
Love this product. I was skeptical at first, but was quite pleased once I started to incorporate it into my exercise routine. This product helped me to sweat and to remember to keep my stomach in while exercising. I know this product definitely helped me after I received comments from others about my clothing fitting loose around the waist.
