Body Bar Flex - 4 foot Power Weighted Flex

The Body Bar® Flex uses the same easy grip rubber as the Original Body Bar®, but contains a fiberglass rod which allows the bar to flex. The Body Bar® Flex is adaptable for all populations and works effectively to strengthen, stretch, and condition the body. Four different models of The Body Bar® Flex offer an infinite amount of workouts routines. The Body Bar FlexTM Power Weighted 4' supplies up to 40 lbs of resistance when flexed and is over 4 lbs in weight. Many users like the heavier feel as some exercises are more effective by combining the additional weight with the resistance force. Exercise chart included.
