It's OKMay 14, 2007 I have neuropothy due to an illness. This machine (similar to the one I used in rehab) has really helped me to build the muscles back in my legs. I was just in a rehab center where they had me working on a machine that worked my legs and arms in a sitting position similar to how this machine works. I looked into one of those machines but they are 2000.00+ so this was my next best option. I have had this for about 5 weeks now and I am using it at least once a day and sometimes twice a day for about 20-25 minutes each time. I have increased the tention about once a week and it's set on a pretty tough setting right now. So far, we've had to tighten the arms twice but that's the only problem we've encountered. This thing gets a lot of use and has held up quite well as far as I am concerned. I mean, what do you expect for 200.00? BTW- purchased at Sears for 200.00
