Road work outMay 26, 2008 After purchasing the Perfect Pushup-Original, and having great results I decided to purchase the Perfect Pushup-Travel to be able to continue my work our routine when I travel. The packing space this product saves in amazing. Instead of lugging around the bulky original product, I am able to fit the carrying case for the travel pair easily into my backpack along with everything else I need for a weekend.
I found this product to work well, but was also hesitant to try the advanced chair pushups. They don't offer the same assurance of weight support that the original product does. The handles lock into place and are secure, but they don't seem as sturdy as the original. If your looking at purchasing these for trips, then it's a great buy, you won't find a better product, but if you are looking at purchasing this to be your only set you need to reconsider. While it is sturdy enough for a few days here and there, it doesn't seem tough enough to hold up to everyday use.
As I mentioned above, I have both the original and the travel sets. They are both great products and provide a great upper body work out. I am happy with the travel pair, but the use of the item will be limited to trips, while at home I will be using the original perfect pushup. This item gets 4 stars, the original gets 5.
Good for travelMay 14, 2008 I have both this travel version and the regular. The regular is stronger and turns easier but this one is great for travelling. Folds up really small and saves about 2 lbs of luggage weight. I paired it with the TRX Suspension Straps to get a complete workout. No excuses anymore when on the road and I've seen some great results. Good Luck

Have you ever heard of an exercise product...Apr 29, 2008 ...that was sold/shipped without an accompanying VHS or DVD to demonstrate the product's safe use? This was a first for me! I wrote to the company, but their response was to offer me the option of 'buying' the exercise DVD. After spending nearly $60 for their product, they want to SELL me the accompanying DVD for an additional cost of +/- $20 (with shipping)? I think not! It may be legal to sell an exercise product without a DVD to instruct the customer on it's safe use, but is it moral? This company has a lot to learn about customer service! Do the "right thing" and customers will reward you with loyalty. If not, customers will write these kind of reviews. Sorry, won't deal with this company again, ever.

Well MadeApr 26, 2008 Well made product, sturdy, much better workout than regular pushups and easier on the wrists at the same time. A bit pricey but seem to get what you pay'd for.

Not in good built qualityApr 13, 2008 I owned both versions of pushup. I love the original one. However, the travel version was not that great. The built quality was bad and priced well too high. One bottom of my travel pushup fell apart after 4 days usage. I received a replacement after 7 weeks. Poor customer support process. I don't recommend to buy the travel version. You could wait for the second generation or the huge price drop.
