I was disappointed with the customer service portion of my product because the box was missing a few of the essential contents; the powerpack 2 upgrade and the instruction manual. The actual belt itself is great to use and I can already feel my 40 something flab disappearing! I know it must look kind of strange as I am walking but vanity has no limits!

I bought the PowerBelt for my wife because she walks every morning with her friends. She's always complaining that she's not able to work her upper body (arms, shoulders, back, etc...). This product does this and more. You can do tons of exercises and repeitions and it really gives you a work out. We also bought the 3 and 4 lb resistant discs.

I am not an outside walker so my treadmill is my exercise program. I didn't like using my weights while on the treadmill. When I found this piece of equipment I just had to try it. This Powerbelt system is exactely what I needed. It makes exercising the upper part of my body while on the treadmill much easier. If I get a little tired I can just let the cables go. It's a great piece of exercise equipment and I would highly recommend it!

I purchased this item to use with Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds for the ab. The belt is very effective in my opinion. It comes with interchangeable weights up to about 4 lbs and I wish the manufacture would make additional weights for it.
I would recommend this item, especially if you do indoor walking.

the denise austin power belt really adds resistance to my walk. it's like cross country skiing. i would recommend it for any walker who wants to add upper body work to their routine.
