The EM40 bench features four bench positions (decline, flat, incline and upright) to target muscles from multiple angles. An adjustable contoured backrest provides comfortable cushioning and allows you to increase the effectiveness of your bench exercise workouts while a built-in dumbbell organizer (dumbbells not included) keeps your weights close by.
