The Nimbus Endurabead foam roller from Exervo is designed to withstand compression of the foam whether the user is light or heavy. Under high use some foam rollers go out of round since the foam cells break down from the continual compression of the foam. The Exervo Nimbus Endurabead foam roller is made by injecting high density polyethylene beads into the mold and compressing them under high heat and pressure. The beaded structure of our Nimbus rollers offers outstanding durability and EnduraBead rollers keep their perfectly round shape. Foam rollers are an essential tool for pilates, core and strengthening but the number one use is for self massage. They are an excellent tool for self massage of the upper and lower back, calf, hamstring, glutes and quads. The Nimbus rollers are especially useful for IT (illiotibial) band syndrome. The Nimbus Endurabead foam roller is available in a 36" x 6" Full Round and 36" Half Round (36" roller cut along it's length) and an 18" x 6" Full Round and 18' Half Round (18" roller cut along it's length). NOTE: The 36" full & half round Nimbus rollers feature molded radius edges on each end of the roller. The 18" Full and Half Round are 36" long rollers cut at the across the length's midpoint. There is a molded radius edge on one end and a straight cut edge on the other end. We use a hot wire cutter to make the cuts. This process melts and seals the cut end of the roller.
