This ball works well! I use it for sit ups and it definately gives you that range of motion you are looking for that you can't find with a standard sit-up. Totally worth the $ and of course Amazon shipping is awesome!!!

I bought this for my wife. Pratically, it's great. She wanted the video to go with it (ie- Bender Ball) I didn't go that route and wish I had.

Once again, great ball if you don't need the video.

Works great! Had a Bender Ball but some nieces and nephews popped it...This Ball works just as good and is more reasonably priced.

I bought 2 of them - one for our gym and one for myself at home. Both rock!!!! Great product - only wish that it were a little slippery as the surface makes it hard to adust (example: lower back). Love the product - great even for those of us who are trying to lose weight.
