I bought this as an attachment for the ab rocket which I love. I found this to be OK but I could do a better job with hand weights.

Not worth it. Actually would like to return the product if still possible. The Ab Rocket I very much like. The add on is terrible and does not come with complete instructions on how to use it for all parts of your body. This piece of equipment is not worth ten dollors let alone $60 plus.

With the Flex Master Ab rocket attachment I was able to straighten the upper part of my body. My arms aren't as flabby as they where and i am able to to wear tops that i wouldn't have worn before. Its has been a great tool in helping me loose some of the fat around my arms.

Attachment works are advertised but the Ab Rocket does not perform as advertised. While trying to use the Ab Rocket, it actually hurts your back which it is purported to do just the opposite.
