Works Well But You Must Control Your BounceApr 14, 2007 Most who consider purchasing a rebounder do so as an indoor alternative to jogging. When I saw the cheap version on sale on a tv infomercial, I began to investigate what was commercially available. It became apparent that the best buys were made by Needak and the ReboundAIR people. I read the reviews and chose the ReboundAIR by a narrow margin. It was not cheap nor did I expect it to be. It was a sturdy piece, well crafted, with a reasonably wide bounce diameter. As I began to bounce, I noticed that I could not perform wild acrobatics like Tom Hanks from BIG. As long as I was careful not to bounce too high or too energetically, I could obtain a moderate, light-impact aerobic workout. My heart rate increased just as if I had jogged, and I had fun since I could watch tv at the same time. I also did not have to worry about slamming my head on my ceiling. Overall, you do get what you pay for and in this case, the cost equalled an acceptably high quality.

Absolutely love my rebounderMar 01, 2006 I bought my ReboundAir for my joints. I use it consistently, 20-30 minutes 3x weekly for over a year, because it's fun and energizing. I lift weights for muscle and bone strength. I use my trampoline to energize and for bone strength also. Walking, bending and climbing stairs is easier. NASA has approved this form of exercise for their astronauts. ReboundAir is the best mini trampoline on the market. The quality is excellent. Cheaper rebounders can cause injury so don't buy the $99 ones at the sports store. If you are new to working out, check with your doctor. I am now 50 and plan to continue using my ReboundAir hopefully forever.

great rebounderAug 23, 2005 This is an obviously well-made rebounder. My kids bounce on it like crazy and I bounce very gently. It has held up very well. The folks at Reboundair are also very nice if you have a question.

Injured and wishing I had never purchased!Jul 26, 2005 MRI's, Injury, time off work, wish I hadn't bought a mini trampoline! I spent $300 on the best mini trampoline on the market and it wasn't the quality of the equipment. The quality may be excellent, but there needs to be warnings about the dangers of this exercise! I'm writing this to put some kind of warning on the internet about the dangers of exercising on mini trampolines because you will find none!
I admit it, I'm a 38 yr old female, 5'6 and 200 pounds. So, yes I am overweight. However, most everyone who knows me says they can't believe I'm 200 pounds because I'm muscular and enjoy lifting weights and working out. But I had a back injury when I was 19 yrs old...Never in my wildest imagination would I have thought I'd be injured after using this mini trampoline. I bought the best quality trampoline made on the market and did the workout they sent on dvd and here I am...I've been off work for weeks on bedrest with a compression fracture. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on pain meds, vitamin drinks, MSM/glucosamine etcetc trying to get better. I just had an MRI tonight and I've had a bone scan and xrays etc. Even though they say my bone density is excellent I still sustained an injury from jumping on this mini trampoline. I'm so disappointed. I thought it was going to be healthy and low impact and it did seem to be so much fun......Here I am gaining weight because I've been on bedrest for weeks and how I regret buying a mini trampoline. I wish they had put warnings on the website, but no one has anything negative to say about this type of exercise. My mother just told me she read an article in the paper about all the people being injured on mini trampolines. I am encouraged to know I'm not the only one, but sorry for all the pain.

ExcellentJan 06, 2005 I bought this unit over a year ago, and despite using it 3-4 times a week it looks and works like new. The only thing I've done is to squirt the coils with WD-40 twice, other than that it's maintenance free. I still enjoy using it on a regular basis.
Update June 2008: I've moved to Hawaii and this was one of the few things I brought with me. Still use it 4-5 days a week and it is as rock solid as the day I bought it. I remain very pleased with the quality and workmanship. The physical benefits of rebounding are immense, and the fact that it's fun to do doesn't hurt either!
