Great product Aug 26, 2010 I have severe muscle spasms in my low back and have to do exercises to strengthen my core. With my back still sore this thick mat is great. It is large enough to do my stretches and thick enough that I don't have pain doing them. It is a good quality mat also, folds up nicely for storage and easy to carry with the handles sewn into the mat.
Exercise Matt Aug 17, 2010 I like the mat. It has plenty of cushion and folds up nicely. My only complaint is I wish it was a little longer. When I do push ups, it tends to slip on my carpet. I am learning to work around this and would probably not discount it for this reason only. I believe the other matts are the same length
great mat! Aug 03, 2010 This is a perfect mat. I have a hardwood floor and needed something to cushion my body for floor exercises. It folds up nicely for storage.
Not what I needed, but a good mat. Jul 15, 2010 I was looking for a mat that I could use on my hard tile floor while using my Nintendo Wii exercises. The Yoga mats were too thin, and since this one was 2" thick, I thought I would give it a try. The problem is, the interior foam is too soft. Now I am leaning towards returning it, but that will be a hassle since I've already tossed the box and will have to pay return shipping. I should have bought this at my local Target instead and saved myself the money.

I Really Like This Mat Jun 28, 2010 This mat easily folds to a very convenient size and the carry handles that you can use when it folded are great. The mat cushioning is perfect and I can lie comfortably on a concrete floor without any discomfort at all. I am not using the mat for yoga but for stretching exercises and meditation and it works perfectly for me. It's slightly shorter than most people's body height at five feet, but since I don't need the additional length for what I'm using it for (lying on my back with my knees bent or on my hands on knees), it works great. The extra cushioning is fairly firm, but I would think it's too deep for yoga practioners.
