worth the price!Aug 30, 2008 I have been learning kettlebell training through Pavel's books; but I needed to see the moves being done, so I bought this dvd. Very easy to understand, Lisa and her assistant are thorough, the camera angles are great, and the slo-motion and regular moves really let me see how to safely and properly use a kettlebell. I would recommend this to anyone learning how to use a kettlebell, and not hurt yourself. Well worth the price!
