pro:light...quick and easy..
con: lockjaw diameter can't be adjusted. i dont' know if its my bar or what..but lock jaw doesn't keep the weight from moving if theres any decent weight, or real movement from the bar...i tried to add tape onto the bar to increase the diameter and the collar worked perfectly under thourough testing. with the tape i couldn't switch out the plates so im benoofed at what to do next
conclusion;sucks no adjustment..puts spring collars to shame
