This 300lb Cast iron Olympic weight set from Impex is a great compliment to your Impex Olympic Weight Bench or Impex all in one Smith System. Weight plates are designed with cut out "grips" in the plates for easy unloading and loading to the 7' weight bar. The weight set includes: (2) each 2.5lb, 5lb, 25lb, 35lb, and 45lb plates, and (4) 10lb plates and (2) spring clip collars and (1) 7ft. Olympic Bar.
