The 14 gauge, durable powder coated steel frame, will hold up for years of weightlifting. The features on the MD867 allow you to target upper and lower body muscle groups, tone and define muscles, increase strength and stamina and help to lose weight and burn calories. The multi-position back pad adjusts for incline, decline and flat chest press exercises. A sliding seat track adjusts and securely locks into position, properly placing you in the correct seating posture for bicep preacher curls and military shoulder press exercises. Large diameter Akimbo (angled) style crutches with four press positions and two squat positions accepts both mid size (6') and Olympic size (7') barbells. Concentrate on bicep curl exercises with the included adjustable preacher curl pad and bicep bar. A total leg developer targets quadriceps, hamstrings and glute muscles.
