The weight-free unit offers four stations: a VKR station for performing vertical knee raises (great for working the abs and strengthening the core); a dip station that works the triceps and other upper body muscles; nonslip foot grips that double as a 90-degree push-up station for the chest and arm muscles; and a chin-up/pull-up station with inside and wide-grip positions for exercising the upper back. Combine the four stations and you can work yourself into great shape in no time. The unit is equipped with a heavy-duty 3-by-2-inch square steel tube frame that holds up to heavy use through the years. Great equipmentMay 05, 2008 After looking at a lot of other Power Towers that where flimsy or felt like they would tip over I am very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend this equipment to anyone looking for a pull-up / dip tower.
Shipped without instructionsApr 01, 2008 I was really excited to get this new piece of equipment to add to my home gym. It arrived today but without assembly instructions. Muscle Dynamics website doesn't even have this equipment listed. I thought I could go to it and download the instructions. Anybody have them or know where I can get them I would appreciated it. Until this it will fall in the rare but unused equipment pile.

Solid, heavy duty, and ultra fast shipmentMar 21, 2008 Ordered on late Sunday afternoon, recieved at my door the following Tuesday morning (less than 48 hours later!!). Well packed and complete, the equipment was easy to put together, with complete parts and good instructions. This is a solid, heavy duty piece of equipment. I weigh 275 pounds and chose this because it was rated at 700 pound capacity, which I don't doubt because it very easy handles my weight. I would highly recommend this for home, or commercial gym.

Good product!Feb 20, 2008 Just put this together. Had very simple instructions and all pieces fit together perfectly. It is pretty stable and good quality. I just wish the angles of the upper hand grips were a little different. I'm not sure how to compare to some of the cheaper products out there but my guess is even though I do love this power tower, I think it's a little over priced. Overall I'm very happy with it!
