pushup power cards May 28, 2010 this product is very helpful and goes hand in hand with the ab straps and the pushup and pullup by body rev. i would advise everyone to check this out.

Not for beginners Jul 31, 2009 Unless you're ready for the advanced movements, this isn't necessary.
They're great, very creative movements that add variety to the sometimes mundane pushup motion.
But don't buy this if you're a beginner.
Power 10 Workout Cards Jun 02, 2009 Very similar to the basic cards supplied with the travel version of the Perfect Pushup. Nice for variety. These moves are available for free via YouTube; however, I am old school and prefer the deck version.

It is not required Apr 24, 2009 The information is good but you can find it online with some effort. No need to pay $10 extra.
Good info but not worth $10.00 Apr 05, 2009 It's handy to have these quick reference cards for the perfect push up but let's be honest, they are laminated card stock on a ring. Definitely not worth $10.00. Should be added with the device for free.
