The Power Rack Strength Training System is made of rugged construction and easy adjustments to make your workout quicker and more enjoyable. The Power Rack features Easy Spring Pin Attachments on Safety Spotters and Bar Catches, and adjustable Spotter Arms for safe solo workouts. A Chin Up Bar is also included for upper body workouts. This Strength Training System can be attached to the Power Rack, Lat/ Row, 200 lb. Weight Stack and the Dip Attachments for a wide variety of workouts. You can add the 200 lb. Weight Stack for Lat/ Row Attachment. Keep the Top Plate/ Plate Holder for the ability to add extra weight beyond the 200 lb. Weight Stack. |
