Nice, thick-walled exercise ball. Works well Aug 30, 2010 I purchased this ball for my wife. She's pretty happy with it. Initially, I was not aware there were different sized balls and that the sizes correspond with the user's height. I had gotten her the 75cm ball, it was huge and later I found it was for people 5'-10" to 6'-4". My wife is 5'-4". Find a chart before you buy to tell you what size you need. Otherwise you'll have several balls in the house and only one being used.
Ball is good quality. Walls of ball are thick and the ball supported my 200 lbs no problem. This ball is better quality than many of the balls we looked at.
I would recommend this ball to anyone up to 5'-4". I would recommend it also because it is a good quality item.
Ball Ok Aug 29, 2010 This ball was OK . I didn't think it was any different than non burst balls however
Solid purchase Jul 20, 2010 The order arrived quickly and the ball was easily inflated. So far, it is holding up well and I'm pleased with the value.
Wonderful Jun 17, 2010 I love it. It is so easy to assemble and very easy to use. It comes with a chart for exercises. I definitely recommend it.
Perfect office chair Jun 15, 2010 I've heard of using these exercise balls for chairs, and decided to use this ball to give it a try. I love it, it's perfect! I'm short (5'2) and my feet never touched the floor in my old chair, which meant I often sat with terrible posture. With the ball, my feet do touch the floor, and I need them there to keep me balanced anyway, so I'm forced to sit with better posture. Plus, I find as I work on the computer I roll and bounce and move around, every so slightly working my core muscles. I totally recommend trying this ball as a chair.
Before getting it, I used a measuring tape to see how high the ball would go, and then guesstimated a few inches down for when I'm sitting on it. I suppose if the ball was to tall, you could let out some air, but I'm not sure what the fix would be if the ball is too short.
