Buyer beware: Good idea, poor quality.Oct 06, 2008 One of these bands frayed severely the very first time I used it. And the worst part is this (from the product manual): "Eduardo Dias Health and Fitness makes no warranties of any kind or nature, either express or implied." So I can't return this piece of trash. I'm out of luck and out of my $25 plus shipping.
Well maybe I was just using it wrong? Well, I was doing exactly what they demonstrate in the P90X program, and the manual for the resistance bands doesn't carry any information about wrong ways to use the bands. But now it is unusable after day one of my workout program because the tears are so deep that it looks like it could break at any time.
I don't fault the P90X program. I should have bought the B-Lines resistance bands they recommend instead of trying to save a few bucks on Eduardo's wimpy set for use in a serious workout. Spend five or ten bucks more and save yourself the trouble on these, unless you're looking for a disposable set that you will only use once and then toss. You've been warned.

Band brokeOct 03, 2008 I like the basic idea, but I had a band break in less than a month under light to normal use. It broke near the end where the clip is.

A bit confusing for beginners, perhapsJul 20, 2008 As a beginner to resistance bands, it was a bit disconcerting to open this up and see just the bands in a bag; no instructions, no tips, nothing to tell one how to use the bands or the included accessories (i think, a door anchor, and an ankle band?). I wasn't expecting a complete work-out and nutrition plan, but a simple explanation of the product would have been useful.

Good product but no instructions!Jun 04, 2008 I bought this and I am satisfied with the quality of the item. It has everything you need for a resistance band workout. This was my first time buying this sort of product. The issue is there was nothing paper inside the item except for a tiny slip that explains the resistance level of the different colored bands. Being that this was my first experience, a simple explanation about how to use them and a few starter exercise would have definitely made me a very happy shopper.
I'd recommend looking for one of the products with a book/manual or DVD of some sort so you know how to use it if you're a newbie. If you already know what you're doing, then go for it! The build quality is high, and it comes with a nice mesh bag that everything is already inside of. Basically just perfect as long as you don't need any instructions.
