Great band width for my physical therapy needs Jul 23, 2010 This item was just what I needed after finishing physical therapy. The price is right, the quality good, and the service excellent.

substitute for barbells? May 18, 2010 i was told by my physician not to use heavy weights any more due to lean tissue wasting and systolic blood pressure spikes. high reps with low weights were advocated for lean tissue preservations, so i decided to sell my weights and purchase thera bands. im glad i did. after about two months with these im geting much better muscle definition. i dont have to worry about the bar collar sliding off and busting me in the skull either.

Great for changing up your workout! Apr 26, 2010 This comes in a large roll so you can easily cut a couple of bands to use for resistance training and they are a good addition to a strength training workout. Great price and are just as advertised. You can't go wrong.

Great replacment for the EA Sports Active band Apr 17, 2010 I found these bands through a thread on the EA Sports Active site and it linked me to Amazon. What a relief; I searched the stores for a replacment band since mine was tearing and all were too short but the Thera Bands came in 6 yards length and I was able to cut the band to my orignal bands length and still have enough left to do again if this one wears out. I also went with the medium length to increase my workout and there was a definite difference there. A great replacement at a good cost!
