Excellent product Sep 06, 2009 The total gym is a terrific supplement to weight and cardio training.
It is espesially good if you play sports such as baseball, tennis, racquetball, etc.
This machine really strenghtens and stretches all muscles around the shoulders.
The TG1400 is better made and cheaper than the infomercial total gym although it is still
pretty pricey. In fact this is the model Chuck Norris endorses on his web site.
The price is why I do not give 5 stars. Use it for 10-20 minutes at the start of your day
then go run a mile or two afterward and you will feel the benefits.
It does take up a lot of space and is a pain to put it away.
I leave it set up at all times.

Total Gym® 14000 Nov 30, 2007 I brought total gym for my wife when first total gym came out, almost ten years ago. I am a person that thinks about quality and safety of my wife.
I am here to tell you that everything they claim is true. My wife love Total Gym. It is fun easy to use, and a good workout. I have noticed more energy in my wife.
