The suit generally fits and works well, promoting perspiration. Since it's cloth on the outside, it's much less conspicuous in public than typical vinyl sauna suits. But it still makes some plastic sliding noises as you move, and the embroidered label "REALSAUNA" right on the front of both jacket and pants gives it away. Apart from that, the open bottom of the jacket causes some airflow and heat loss; it would be nice if it had a drawstring or something to prevent that.

You never have to buy one of those cheap (easy tear) sauna suits ever again. I also love that it virtually slides off your skin because its also used as a healing device for people with dry skin conditions. Definitely worth every penny spent.

I bought 3 of these suits and I am completely satisfied with their quality and ability to keep heat in. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in losing weight and decreasing body fat.
